Jesselyn Prophet
Jesselyn first arrived in Haiti in early 2010, working with earthquake relief services through YWAM St. Marc. She then gained a giant heart for the people of Haiti and returned to begin her work in Port-Au-Prince later in 2011. She returned to the island the next year to begin work with water and sanitation and continued that work through 2015, helping rural communities receive access to life-saving drinking water and training local practitioners as well.
Jesselyn moved from the island in 2015, but continues to remain involved through her work with the Canadian sister organization which is being set up to raise money for Haitian water and sanitation through Konbit Haiti. She enjoys being outside, adventure, making Haitian food, and playing music.
